This was done in November and December of 2003, in very strange circumstances-- I had moved to a big deserted house on one of Colima's main drags, the lap of luxury with no furniture other than a bed, a plastic table and two chairs. To top it off I got the worst food poisoning of my life and lay for several days in the hammock just watching the sun go round.
This was the "Goodbye to Mexico" episode because I knew I was leaving. The people there had been very good to me, I had no idea what lay ahead, and some of that trepidation probably came through in this part of the story.
Notice the kid on page three who has the same tooth as Eddi.
